1.1 Information You Provide Directly
Depending on how you use the Services, you may provide us with:
- Contact information – such as name, email address, phone number or company name (for example, if you contact us for support or create an account in the future).

- Account credentials (if applicable) – username and password for an account you create with us (if account-based features are enabled in the future).

When you use the Services, we may automatically collect certain information, including:

1.3 Cookies and Similar Technologies (Site)
Our Site may use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies to remember your preferences, maintain
sessions, and analyze traffic. You can usually configure your browser to refuse cookies or to let you know
when a cookie is being set. If you disable cookies, some features of the Site may not work properly.
1.4 Information from Third Parties
If you choose to connect third-party services (such as eBay or other marketplaces), those services may share
certain information with us in accordance with their own privacy policies and your settings with them.
For example, this may include:
- your seller ID or store name;
- listing identifiers and related metadata;
- authorization tokens that allow the App to create or update listings on your behalf.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
- To provide and operate the Services – including generating AI-powered listing suggestions, item specifics, descriptions, and pricing recommendations.
- To connect with marketplaces – when you choose to connect your seller account, we use your tokens and listing data to create, update, or manage listings as you instruct.
- To process images and text with AI – product photos and text you submit may be sent to our AI service providers to generate descriptions, titles, or other content.
- To improve the Services – analyzing usage and performance to fix bugs, optimize workflows, and develop new features.
- To communicate with you – responding to support requests, sending important notices about changes, security updates, or service-related information.
- To maintain security – monitoring for suspicious or fraudulent activity and protecting the integrity of the Services.
- To comply with legal obligations – such as tax, accounting, or regulatory requirements.
3. AI and Third-Party Processing
The core functionality of ebAI List is to help generate and optimize listing content using AI. To do this,
we may send text and images that you provide to one or more third-party AI service providers.
- These providers process your data only to generate outputs (such as titles, descriptions, or item specifics) and to support or improve their models in accordance with their own terms and policies.
- We do not sell your listing data to third parties.
- We recommend that you avoid including sensitive personal information in product descriptions, photos, or other fields.
4. Legal Bases for Processing (EEA/UK Users)

5. How We Share Your Information
We may share your information in the following limited circumstances:
- Service providers – with trusted third-party vendors that perform services on our behalf, such as cloud hosting, analytics, logging, email delivery, or AI processing. These providers are only allowed to use your information as necessary to provide services to us.
- Marketplace integrations – with eBay or other marketplaces, but only when you choose to connect your accounts and explicitly trigger actions (e.g., publishing a listing).
- Business transfers – if we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, your data may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to appropriate confidentiality protections.
- Legal requirements – when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to comply with a legal obligation, protect our rights, investigate fraud or security issues, or protect the safety of our users or the public.
- With your consent – in any other situation where you explicitly ask or consent to us sharing your information.
We do not sell your personal information for monetary consideration.

We may anonymize or aggregate certain data so that it can no longer be associated with you. We may use such
anonymized or aggregated data for analytics, research, or improvement of the Services.
7. Data Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect your information from unauthorized
access, use, or disclosure. These measures include encryption in transit where appropriate, access controls,

However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. Therefore,
while we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
